lyrics

I know a man who lives alone
Doesn’t have a telephone
He’s alright, running away from life

I know a girl who’s by herself
She doesn’t need nobody else
She’s alright, running away from life
She’s alright, running away from life

Everybody’s got ambitions
Everybody’s got their dreams
But what if the road you walk down
Ain’t what it seems?

I know a man who had it made
Then he blew it all away with a smile
Running away from life

Everybody’s got ambitions
Everybody’s got their dreams
But what if the road you walk down
Ain’t what it seems?

I know a man who had it made
Then he blew it all away with a smile
Running away from life
He’s alright, running away from life
It’s alright running away from life
It’s alright running away from life

In the comfort of this environment, the band have settled down to a long period of home recording in search of capturing an appropriate lo-fi sound.
